App: Sequencer Pro: Product Sorter

Sequencer Pro stores shop-level information needed to install and operate the app, including shop domain, shop name, contact email, Shopify access token, selected plan, monthly usage counts, uploaded file metadata, and product sequencing results such as SKU match status and collection handles.
The app does not need customer personal data, order data, payment card data, or buyer account information to provide its core product sequencing features.
We use stored data to authenticate the merchant store, reorder products in selected collections, track usage limits, show activity logs, support billing status, troubleshoot errors, and respond to merchant support requests.
We do not sell merchant data. Data is shared with Shopify only as required to operate through Shopify APIs. Hosting and database providers may process data only as infrastructure providers for the app.
When a merchant uninstalls the app, the store is marked inactive. Shopify privacy webhooks are supported for customer data requests, customer data erasure, and shop data erasure. On shop data erasure, stored shop data is deleted from the app database.
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access tokens and credentials are stored server-side and should be protected using hosting environment variables and database access controls.
